This course is for anyone wanting to increase muscle strength, build bone mass and improve
balance. The instructor will lead you through easy-to-follow exercises and progressive balance
work to increase muscle strength and improve balance. These sessions include a step. The step can
be set aside if you only want to do part of the class on the step. If you don’t care to use a step at all
the movements can be done on the floor. This makes it easy to vary the intensity of the class to fit
your individual needs.
