This health and wellbeing series will give you the tools needed to live a more mindful, calmer and overall healthier lifestyle. You will learn about meditation, healing physically, emotionally and spiritually and how to remove stress from your lifestyle. Each session includes meditation practice.
**Must have prior meditation experience or have taken intro to meditation to attend this workshop series.**
