Dizziness/Vestibular Dysfunction

Thursday, September 6th at 10:00 a.m.

Are you dizzy or have vertigo and you don’t know why? Is your dizziness affecting your balance and confidence in your day to day activities?
NRG is giving a presentation on this topic delving in to possible causes and solutions to your dizzy problems. If you or someone you know is dealing with these symptoms, come to our presentation to find out what you can do to get back to being symptom free.

Did you know that we can choose how we want to age? This program is designed to show how anyone can stay feeling young and vibrant. The gentle techniques target poor posture, chronic pain, back & joint issues, hip & knee replacements, loss of energy & mobility and prevent muscle atrophy. Growing Young is suitable for everyone, no matter their age. Exercises include mostly chair based and some standing.

Series of 6 Health & Wellbeing Workshops

Fridays, September 14th – October 19th (6 weeks) from 9:30 – 11:00 a.m.

This health and wellbeing series will give you the tools needed to live a more mindful, calmer and overall healthier lifestyle. You will learn about meditation, healing physically, emotionally and spiritually and how to remove stress from your lifestyle. Each session includes meditation practice.

Must have prior meditation experience or have taken intro to meditation to attend this workshop series.

**PLEASE NOTE:**

**no building\gym access until 8am! (Sturgeon Heights or Westwood)

* We are setting a 32-person maximum on each group, 128 people total. We reserve the right to limit drop-ins anytime courts are very full, within reason!

*Drop in fees are $3 for members, $5 for non-members. Non-members will be asked to join St. James 55+ after three drop-ins!

* Please register in the same group you played with last spring. We don’t want to lock out folks that played in a particular group last session. The exception to this is the Intermediate A&B groups. Intermediate players may choose either time. Movement between groups will be facilitated by co-ordinators if under the 32-person limit.

* These times may be adjusted at our next meeting on Sept. 11, after registration is complete and we have a number count.

* All novice players must have taken instruction before registering
