In this workshop, learn the power of gratitude as a tool for de-stressing your mind and soul. Dr. Nandita Selvanathan, who was born and brought up in India where gratitude is practiced in all walks of life, will guide participants through this simple yet profound practice. The participants will learn few techniques like gratitude journaling, meditation as well as will make a gratitude garden which they can take home. All equipment will be provided.
